Is Hamre Industrial Park in Långsele a commissioned atNorth campus, or a 300 MW plan? Sollefteå is the municipality named by atNorth for SWE04. On 23 February 2026 atNorth confirmed plans to develop a 300 MW data center on a 50-hectare plot at Hamre, expected operational in H1 2028. That figure is announced or planned site power. It is not live IT load. The 2 September 2026 ownership notice does not convert the plan into energised load.

SE2 is shared with Gävle and Sandviken and does not merge those Microsoft locations into Hamre. Norrbotten’s Meta campus and Boden company record sit in SE1. Stockholm metro sites stay in Stockholm. The only public numbers in this municipality file are 50 hectares and about 490 kilometres north of Stockholm. Those are land and distance. They are not megawatts and they are not an energization date.

The 300 MW sentence is now a dated announced row. It still is not live IT load. If atNorth later publishes commissioning or a numbered connection paper, add that paper with a date. A directory figure that differs from the 23 February 2026 wording stays outside the file.

A due-diligence memo should therefore hold the hectare sentence, the Hamre and Långsele wording, the under-development stage, the 2 September 2026 ownership notice, the municipal plan question and the network-owner question. Fifty hectares is land. Equinix as an owner name is ownership. Neither sentence is a megawatt. SWE01 figures stay in Stockholm. Local heat or environmental investigations, if they exist, must be cited from a Sollefteå or utility document rather than inferred from Stockholm Data Parks copy.
